I serve as a paid peer mentor for a CLEN 181 section of 16 first-year engineering students at Texas A&M.
- Co-facilitate a weekly transition-to-college seminar with a faculty instructor.
- Meet individually with each mentee to discuss academic needs and campus resources.
- Provide guidance throughout the semester as students adjust to college and engineering coursework.
