OverEngineered Toys: 3D-Printed Building Pieces

I’m exploring physical building pieces that extend the creativity of OverEngineered into the real world. The idea is a set of parts that can be combined into different mechanisms, with motorized compatibility planned for later development.
Current work
I’m applying solid modeling, engineering drawings and GD&T, material selection, and FMEA-style risk assessment to the initial designs.
The next stage is prototyping and fit-and-strength testing to refine the mechanical interfaces.
Focus: Product design, solid modeling, mechanical interfaces, and material selection.
